For the "Radar Concepts and New Products Engineering" department, we are looking for a "System Engineer Radar (f/m/d)" at our site in Ulm.


We are working especially on radar sensor technology for Unmanned Aviation, which is one key element in drones or also air taxis (urban air mobility). We also support our Radar Product-Development teams with specific radar expertise.

Your Tasks

• Technical project management of international research projects and collaboration with partners such as FHR, DLR and universities
• Technical management of teams for radar design and analysis of novel radar systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (Future Combat Air System)
• Leading the development of radar architectures and signal processing algorithms
• Support radio frequency (RF) technology teams
• Development of prototypes
• Working in multidisciplinary teams in research and development (radar technology)
• Contribution to international radar research conferences

Your Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics or comparable
• Several years of experience in the field of radar technology 
• Enthusiasm for technology and research
• Ability to work in a team
• German and English skills
